Set up for Success

Still no battery icon(s)? Check the following:

  1. Pumps are on and not plugged into charger.
  2. Bluetooth is enabled for your phone and the app.
    • For iOS only, Bluetooth permission is on for the Willow App.
    • For Android only, Location Services is on for the Willow App.
  3. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your pump(s). Hold the up arrow (next to the play/pause button) for about 5 seconds until the white light flashes.
  4. Have you paired your pump(s) to another device? If so, turn off Bluetooth on additional devices that the pump(s) have been paired to. If you have a new phone, go here for steps on pairing to a new device.
