How do I reset my Willow pump?

Separate the pump from the flange or container.
Gently insert the blunt end of a paper clip or earring back into the hole next to the power port.
Pull the paper clip or earring out and wait a few seconds for the pump to turn off. You should hear a brief whirring noise that signifies the pump is rebooting.

Reset Your Pump
Make sure to connect your pumps to the Willow App regularly. The app will give you the most up to date in-app guidance (and features!). If you need to reach out to Customer Care, open the app and connect your pumps first so we can better diagnose and troubleshoot the issue.
